1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
- Order information: pickup/delivery addresses, special instructions, add-on preferences, and order history.
- Payment information: billing name and payment card details (processed and stored by Stripe, see Section 4).
1.2 Information Collected When You Use LOD
- Location: the map pin for each address you save. For drivers, location while they are on a shift, so we can dispatch and track deliveries.
- Photos: photos of your bag at pickup, on the scale, at the laundromat and at delivery.
- In-app messages: messages between you and your driver. They are kept with the order.
- Device information: push notification tokens, device type and app version, and crash reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
To pick up, process and deliver your orders, take payment, send order updates, resolve claims, prevent fraud, and improve LOD.
4. Payment Data and Stripe
• Stripe securely captures and stores your card data directly.
• LOD does not receive, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or magnetic stripe data.
• LOD receives only a payment token and transaction confirmation.
5. Data Retention

6. Text Messages
We text you a sign-up verification code, pickup and delivery updates, and overage approval requests. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Msg and data rates may apply. We don’t share your phone number for marketing.

Request a copy of the personal information LOD holds about you.
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Deletion
Request permanent erasure of your account and personal information.
Opt-Out of Marketing
Unsubscribe from promotional emails or SMS notifications at any time.
Portability
Request transfer of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw previously given consent for non-essential data processing.
